WHEN WILL I FEEL IT

Phytocannabinoids are natural substance and each individual responds at a different PACE.

Therefore:

P     Be PATIENT and don’t compare your results to others.

A    Be AWARE of how you are feeling; take notes.

C     Be CONSISTENT in your dosing.

E     Be realistic about EXPECTATIONS

Remember, CBD is not a pharmaceutical product.  To date there is no data regarding precise dosing for different symptoms.  Dosing is based on personal experience and trial and error.  A graduated dosing method is key to locking in the amount of CBD necessary for each individual.

Many people fear that because they did not seem to experience the benefits of CBD right away, it didn’t work for them.

However, failing to provide enough time to really try out your new CBD regimen is a common reason for people thinking CBD doesn’t work. More than likely, it will work for them. They just need to be more patient.

In some cases, people will take their first dose of CBD and then expect that they will see drastic results immediately. Sure, things may work this way for some people. But this is not the case for most.  Remember, we are not dealing with pharmaceutical drugs here.

Instead, it’s better that you give CBD a little bit of time to acclimate to your system. Let it do its work on your body and be patient while you wait.

Don’t give up. It may take longer than just a week or two for CBD to really acclimate to your body. In some cases, CBD can take a while to integrate into a person’s body systems. It may take longer than you think for CBD to really start making noticeable changes to your body, health, and overall sense of wellness.

Over time, CBD starts to act as a neuro protectant. This basically means that the CBD interacts with the neurons and cannabinoids already in your body. These factors are a part of the endocannabinoid system. Thus, CBD may actually start to protect your brain over time. But again, all of this takes time. So if you do not give CBD a sufficient trial period to work its magic, don’t be surprised when it “doesn’t work” for you!

Most people know they are feeling the benefits when they realize they are more relaxed in tense situations or their recurring headaches are not as severe and they are taking less medication.

Remember: if you don’t notice any changes right away, that’s okay. The CBD likely just needs some time to begin nourishing your body and making a difference that’s obvious to you.

GRADUATED DOSING GUIDE
